Platform 1 set on the busy Whiteladies rd Bristol is Clifton's only late night nightclub.
With an abundance of hosts on the front door we were met by smiley faces, many of
which we recognised from the former top spot Panache. The night "Paparazzi" which
was frequently frequented by celebrities such as the Only way is Essex and music
stars such as Tine Tempah and Ne-
The club looks great with a new lighting and sound system we were pleasantly surprised to see the number of areas that were full with birthday groups and parties, despite slipping on the dancefloor (slippery when wet) we were seated in a large comfortable booth quickly and easily. Our host presented us with a bottle of champagne and this set us off to a great start.
The music covers all genres and the DJ was keen to take requests, at 12 o'clock all the popular birthday songs came on and the crowd went wild. We were able to get a taxi very quickly at the end of the night and a kebab so all in all a great night out! Plus an added bonus was that once home we were tagging our pictures!
The venue is very small, but you can have a good night out on a Saturday, but the rest of the week isn't to great.
