Lets get down to some very simple facts, that will help that awful hangover in the morning!


1 - The best thing you can possibly do is drink water. Acohol dehydrates your body and it is vital to replace the water that has been lost. You'll be better off if you can drink water before you go to sleep.

Dont drink coffee or tea as this will dehydrate you even more.



2 - Once you have had a few glasses of water and your stomach feels stable, the next best thing to do is eat something... Scientists recommend egg or bannana but who honestly will want to eat that when your feeling rough? Cereal or a good english breakfast is always a good cure for us as it will replace the lost sugar in your blood.



3 - Keep drinking water, but if your still feeling really ill then take a pain killer to help ease your suffering.

4 - Dont do hair of the dog, a stupid myth that people like to brag about thinking their cool because they can drink more than you.... Trust me, there just making their hangover even longer!!
